Recipe – Birthday Cake Mini Bites


You will have a hard time stopping to eat these delicious & guilt-free birthday cake bites. They are made with maple syrup, vanilla protein powder, coconut flour, coconut oil, vanilla, oat flour and beautiful sparkles. These bites are perfect after or before a workout or as a snack. You can keep them in the freezer for up to 3 weeks. Enjoy!

Preparation

Step 1

Place ingredients in a bowl: In a bowl, place the dry ingredients and wet ingredients  (not the sparkles).

Step 2

Combine: With a spoon, combine the ingredients. Add up to 1/4 cup. (1/2 cup  for double batch)  of water in 1/2 tbsp increment. Combine well after each addition. The mix should be doughy – not too wet, but not crumbling.

Step 3

Roll the bites: Roll bites of about 1/2 tsp each using your hands.

Step 4

Add sparklesPlace the sparkles in a small bowl, and press each ball in the sparkles to cover the top with sparkles.

Step 5

Enjoy: Keep the protein bites in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
